How WHFDEV collects, uses and protects your personal data. Compliant with GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil).

This Privacy Policy describes how WHFDEV Consultoria em Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 46.185.304/0001-71), hereinafter "WHFDEV", processes personal data collected through the whfdev.com website.

What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Company (optional)
- Project type (CRM, dashboard, app, etc.)
- Estimated budget
- Desired timeline
- Project description
We also collect anonymous navigation data through Google Analytics (see Cookie Policy).
Purpose of processing
Contact form data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your commercial inquiry
- Maintain an internal sales history
- Comply with legal obligations when applicable
We do not send newsletters, marketing communications or unsolicited promotional material.
Legal basis
- GDPR (EU): consent (art. 6, 1, a) and legitimate interest (art. 6, 1, f) to respond to commercial inquiries.
- LGPD (Brazil): consent (art. 7, I) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
Sharing with third parties
To deliver our services, we share only strictly necessary data with:
- Resend (resend.com) — sending the form email
- Google Analytics (google.com/analytics) — aggregated and anonymous metrics
- Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting
These processors have their own policies and are accountable for their obligations under GDPR/LGPD.
Retention
Contact form data is kept for 24 months from the last interaction. After this period, it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
At any time, you can exercise the rights provided by GDPR and LGPD:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent
- Get information about who your data has been shared with
- File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS communication, storage with certified providers (Vercel, Resend), and restricted access to the controller.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. The current version is always the one published at this address, with the update date indicated at the top.
